Hudson Yards Operations (“Hudson Yards”) is a workplace app for Hudson Yards Property Owners Association cleaning staff. This policy describes what the website and mobile app collect and why.

Guest mode

Continue as guest on the mobile app does not create an account and does not send personal data to our servers. You can read the product explainer and this policy without signing in.

What we collect

If you sign in: your name, work email, role, and building. Work you enter (shift reports, photos of completed work, overtime, call-offs, equipment, supplies, issues, chat, and days-off requests). A device push token if you allow notifications. Language preference stored on the device.

How we use it

To run and review nightly cleaning operations, notify the right people, and keep an audit of work. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Your employer’s Hudson Yards administrators and project managers. Hosting for the API. Apple Push Notification service if you enable alerts. We do not share data with social networks or ad networks.

How long we keep it

Operations records are kept as long as the building needs them for staffing, safety, and audit. Push tokens are removed when you sign out or reinstall.

Deleting your account

Hudson Yards does not offer public sign-up. Ask your project manager or email info@hudsonyardspoa.com from the address on your account. Administration will delete the user record and associated personal data. Work photos and shift history may be retained in anonymized operations records where the building is required to keep them.
